Thank you for shopping with Body & Earth. The shipping options listed below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States & U.S. territories. For orders shipping outside of the U.S. we currently only provide local delivery (to the UK & Canada). More details are listed below：

*Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

*Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not delivery on weekends, and USPS does deliver on Saturday.

*Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Please note, all delivery dates are estimated and based on order processing time and time in transit. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues related to Covid-19. We can not expedite orders once they are with the carrier and are not responsible for carrier delays. In stock items will be shipped out within one business day. Please note, business days are Monday-Friday excluding United Stated federal holidays.

Body & Earth will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address and will be shipped through either, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will be charged for each item once it has shipped and not before.

Please note: Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories. You will be made aware of this if an error occurs during checkout.

Please note, Body & Earth is not responsible for any order once it has been confirmed delivered from the carrier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items once the order has been marked delivered. If the wrong address was initially provided, this is the responsibility of the customer. Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Not in love? Returns are super easy.

Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 7 days from receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.

EXCHANGE

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Body & Earth Inc does not cover return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective or damaged，We strive to deliver perfect products and exceed customer satisfaction. If for any reason, the goods did not reach your expectation, please let us know within the allotted time frame and we can assist you from there.

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Contact support@bodyandearth.com and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return.
Body & Earth Inc Customer Support team will send you the return address and other shipping instruction.
Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location，and infrom support@bodyandearth.com the tracking number.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Body & Earth Inc does not refund duties or taxes.
