Thank you for shopping with Body & Earth. The shipping options listed below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States & U.S. territories. For orders shipping outside of the U.S. we currently only provide local delivery (to the UK & Canada). More details are listed below：
*Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
*Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not delivery on weekends, and USPS does deliver on Saturday.
*Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Please note, all delivery dates are estimated and based on order processing time and time in transit. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues related to Covid-19. We can not expedite orders once they are with the carrier and are not responsible for carrier delays. In stock items will be shipped out within one business day. Please note, business days are Monday-Friday excluding United Stated federal holidays.
Body & Earth will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address and will be shipped through either, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will be charged for each item once it has shipped and not before.
Please note: Certain beauty products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories. You will be made aware of this if an error occurs during checkout.
Please note, Body & Earth is not responsible for any order once it has been confirmed delivered from the carrier service. We are not responsible for lost or missing items once the order has been marked delivered. If the wrong address was initially provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, Body & Earth is not responsible for any damaged packages if you can't provide the efficient photos or video. When you receive your package, if you find that it is damaged, please take a photo or record a video immediately as proof of return or exchange. Please include the outer box and remember to include the tracking number and the product in the box.
