Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy
Not in love? Returns are super easy.
Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.
RETURNS
- You can receive a full refund within 7 days from receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.
EXCHANGE
- We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Body & Earth Inc does not cover return shipping costs.

- Items must not be used, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Body & Earth Inc
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective or damaged，We strive to deliver perfect products and exceed customer satisfaction. If for any reason, the goods did not reach your expectation, please let us know within the allotted time frame and we can assist you from there.
How to Request a Return

How to Mail Back an Online Return
- Contact support@bodyandearth.com and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return.

Body & Earth Inc Customer Support team will send you the return address and other shipping instruction.
- Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location，and infrom support@bodyandearth.com the tracking number.
- Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items
When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Body & Earth Inc does not refund duties or taxes.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on Bodyandearth.shop.
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Hit the Complete Order button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help.Please contact us as soon as possible, if the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order for you; if the order has been process, we will not be able to cancel for you.
Please note: We currently only process the return of products purchased in the bodyandearth.shop online store. Products purchased from other channels such as Amazon，Ebay，Walmart，Tophatter or other offline stores need to follow the return policy of the relevant sales channel.
