      Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

      • We ship both locally and worldwide.

      Shipping times:

      • Local orders take 2-4 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days.
      • International orders take 7-15 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier Fedex, Carrier USPS or Carrier UPS and we ship within same 1-2 business days.
      • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

      Shipping cost:

      • Orders over $55 will have free shipping.
      • Orders under $55 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

      International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

      Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

      The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

      • The customs value is made up of:
      • the price paid for the goods,
      • the insurance cost,
      • the shipping cost.

      Due to Covid-19, some deliveries may take longer than the usual times shown below. The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures, including a social distancing plan to protect individuals working in our distribution centers, which may slow processing.

      Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your orders has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information on your confirmation email. 

      Once your order has been submitted, you are unable to change the date of your delivery.

      Before order has been placed

      When you are on the checkout page and want to change your delivery address to the one previously saved, simply click the "Edit Address" button.


      After order has been placed

      Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.

      If your order has already been placed you've got to be quick though, as our warehouse gets packing pretty quick to make sure your order arrives with you as fast as possible. It's best in this situation to use live chat to contact us or email us at support@bodyandearth.com. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.

      Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. When your order arrives to your shipping address, you may either refuse shipment or return the items through mail.


      If you would like to cancel your order before it has been delivered, you need to contact us use live chat or email us at support@bodyandearth.com as soon as possible. It may be too late for us to be able to cancel the order as we do ship our items as quickly as we can to enable the best customer service and turn around for your delivery. Drop us a message and we will check the status of your delivery and see what we can do.

      We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise by email. 

      We currently only process the return of products purchased in the bodyandearth.shop online store. Products purchased from other channels such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or other offline stores need to follow the return policy of the relevant sales channel.

      Online purchases may also be returned by mail for a refund.  Please contact our customer service via support@bodyandearth.com and include the following information with your email: whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, and your order number.   

    • Timing: we have a 7-days Return  Policy, since the day item was received.
    • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • For returns, please email support@bodyandearth.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
    • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
    • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

      Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days (depending on your card issuer) for the refund to appear in your bank account, however, this can take up to 14 days. If you paid using Paypal, this usually is refunded the same working day.
